Propolis and its extracts have been used in traditional medicines for numerous applications in treating various diseases due to its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory effect helping skin heal, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-mycotic, anti-fungal, anti-ulcer, anti-cancer, and immune-modulatory properties.

People commonly use propolis for diabetes, cold sores, and swelling and sores inside the mouth. It’s also used for burns, canker sores, genital herpes, and many other conditions. Propolis contains the polyphenols called flavonoids. Propolis is rarely available in its pure form. It’s usually obtained from beehives. Produced by the honeybee (Apis mellifera).

Propolis or bee glue is a resinous mixture that honeybees produce by mixing saliva and beeswax with exudate gathered from tree buds, sap flows, or other botanical sources (poplar and cone bearing trees). It is used as a sealant for unwanted open spaces in the beehive. Beeswax is different from propolis in that beeswax is a secretion produced by the bees. You often hear that honeybees collect propolis, but that’s not quite true. Honeybees don’t collect propolis fully formed any more than they collect honey fully formed. What bees collect are the raw ingredients to make propolis, namely plant resins

Propolis. Propolis extracted with grain alcohol (60% v/v) for the maintenance of phytochemical equilibrium. Purified Water

Known allergy to bee or bee products, don’t use Propolis
Not to be taken by pregnant or nursing mothers
Excessive use should be avoided
Do not exceed the recommended dose
Keep out of reach of children

Suggested Use:

Take drops 3 times daily before meals
Adults: (12 years and older) 15-20 drops, either on/under your tongue or dilute in a little water or juice.
Child: (3 years and older) 5-10 drops(for children dilute in a little water or juice)
External: Apply directly to affected area for rashes, fungal infections, cold sores, bed sores, haemorrhoids, burns and cuts.

Package container:

50ml glass amber dropper bottle, with screw on black closure. Store below 25degrees C, Keep out of direct sunlight. Free from gluten, yeast, colouring, preservatives, and flavouring. Shake well before use.
