Description
Tea Preparation Method:
1-3 cups per day
Add one teabag in a cup, infused in boiled water, for 3-5 minutes.
Can also be enjoyed as an iced tea,
With a dash of lemon, to sweeten add a drop of honey best served without milk
Safety Precaution:
May interfere with cardiac medications as well as hypoglycaemic agents.
If pregnant or breastfeeding consult with a healthcare practitioner before use
Do not use in conjunction with anti-depressants or stimulants including caffeine
Do not exceed recommended dose.

Who Discovered Tea?
The story of tea begins in China. According to legend, in 2737 BC, the Chinese emperor Shen Nung was sitting beneath a tree while his servant boiled drinking water,(the emperor liked his drinking water boiled before he drank it so it would be clean) when some leaves from the tree blew into the water. Shen Nung, a renowned herbalist, decided to try the infusion that his servant had accidentally created.
People all over the world have been drinking tea for thousands of centuries, and for good reason. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease. China is far and away the largest consumer of tea.
