Ingredients/Composition:
Stinging Nettle leaf and root (Urtica dioica); Mullein flower and leaf (Verbascum thapsus). grain alcohol, 50%v/v for the maintenance of phytochemical equilibrium. Purified water.

Suggested Use:
Take 15 to 30 drops up to 4 times daily, either on/under your tongue or dilute in a little water or juice.

50ml glass amber dropper bottle, with screw on black closure. Store below 25degrees C, Keep out of direct sunlight. Free from gluten, yeast, colouring, preservatives, and flavouring. Shake well before use.
